We have added a 4-step process to get you the training you need to be proficient in two areas. First is “Safety” when working on high voltage systems. Second is the electrical side of vehicles, both high and low voltage using meters and scopes. Third is the new components used is all xEVs and how they are constructed and their function. We end with OEM specific info and the independent research we do at ACDC.
This came about in March of 2025 when within one-week ACDC had requests from a small town 20 miles south and college fleet manager 50 miles west of here for help. They both were asked by the town to take on the hybrid and EV vehicles that they owned. Either the dealerships they were using for service cost too much or the work being done after the warranty was not fixing the route cause. We said yes and added this 4-step process within 2 weeks. Small businesses make things happen fast.
We are training more local shops lately including the internal combustion engine, and of course electric driven vehicles up to Class 8 Semis. There is always something going on at ACDC.
