ACDC Training Course Cancellation
- Training courses held at ACDC will be invoiced prior to the course being held and must be paid in full prior to the date of the training. It can be paid in installments.
- A “deposit fee” of 50% is required for any class.
- Government funded education can issue a P.O. As each policy can be different, we will discuss your options.
- In the event of cancellation by ACDC, all your fees will be transferred to another date for the same class.
- ACDC does not refund travel expenses, so please buy refundable airfare, etc.
- If you request study materials prior to the class, we will calculate the study materials and shipping fees. The study materials are not returnable. You will be responsible for those fees.
- If you cancel, the balance can be used for the same class for up to 1 year for the same student. If you change to a new student, there is a $100 fee.

ACDC Official Covid Statement
Massachusetts Covid-19 guidelines have changed. Craig Van Batenburg (the founder and owner of ACDC) owns the ACDC building. It is 4,800 sq. feet. ACDC has a limit of 12 students per class so that we can deliver better training. Before you register, please note that ACDC no longer requires proof of a Covid-19 vaccine.
If you feel this policy may be a problem for you (you have an “immune” issue or some other reason), please contact Craig so we can accommodate you. We will try to put you in a class where everyone is vaccinated.
